LEVEL OF CARE STAFF

  • Passive/Aggressive with patients in their care;

  • Are currently able to abuse patients in subtle and overt ways, knowing that in almost all cases patient complaints are ignored; there is no protocol in place to investigate or respond to a fraction of the abuse which occurs;

  • Caring, compassionate, hateful, evil, vengeful, incompetent, lazy, psychopathic, lack education;

  • Personalizes any complaint a patient makes about them;

  • Retaliates against that patient/ holds a grudge;

  • Engage in entertainment activities such as surfing the internet, watching YouTube, talking to other staff, and ignore patient care/supervision/therapeutic activity;

  • Many people want to do good but are afraid to speak up about the wrong they see fearing retaliation from their peers.
