9/2/20: DSHABUSE has learned that on at least one unit at Coalinga State
Hospital, unnecessary staff are being allowed into tiny/cramped physical
exam rooms (where social distancing is impossible) when seeing patients for
sick-call, endangering both patient and staff live’s. This has been
ordered/allowed by Lawrence Williamson, M.D., Robert Withrow, M.D., Bopha
Donner, R.N., Christy Beeler, Unit Supervisor, Rudy Chavez, Program
Director, Jonathan Hamrick, Chief Surgeon, and Brandon Price, Executive
