failure to socially distance during sick-call, not abuse at Coalinga State Hospital.

9/2/20: According to Jennifer Amaya, Shift Supervisor, lack of social
distancing (with unnecessary staff who do not wear masks consistently)
during sick-call, which results in the patient refusing medical treatment
out of fear of Covid-19, does not meet the criteria for an SOC-341
Abuse/Medical Neglect complaint. Sergeant Randy Carlon, with police services was contacted and failed to intervene.
